Yes. We accept Medicaid and most major commercial plans.

The self-pay rate is $150 per session. A limited number of sliding-scale spots (starting at $75) are available for clients who qualify based on household income. Out-of-network clients can request superbills for possible reimbursement.

Sessions are typically 53 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs and goals — many clients start weekly and adjust over time. We'll decide together what pace supports you best.

Yes. Therapy is confidential and protected by law, with a few narrow legal exceptions (such as risk of serious harm) that we'll review together at the start of care.
